Results of the meeting in Panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine of March 18, 2024

The meeting in Panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine was attended by three members of the Commission: Yaroslav Dukh, Roman Ihnatov, Oleksii Omelyan.

1. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided to include Volodymyr Bevza and Oleh Malaniuk in the list of candidates for qualification evaluation and participation in the competition for vacant positions of judges in the courts of appeal announced by the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine No. 94/zp-23 of September 14, 2023, (as amended).

Based on the results of consideration of the issue of admission of candidates to the qualification evaluation and participation in the competition for vacant positions of judges in the courts of appeal announced by the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine No. 94/zp-23 of September 14, 2023, (as amended), the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided:

To admit the following candidates to the qualification evaluation and participation in the competition for 550 vacant positions of judges in the courts of appeal announced by the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine of No. 94/zp-23 of September 14, 2023, (as amended):

To terminate the participation in the competition for vacant positions of judges in the courts of appeal announced by the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine No. 94/zp-23 of September 14, 2023, for Liudmyla Strilchuk.

To terminate the participation in the competition for vacant positions of judges in the courts of appeal announced by the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine No. 94/zp-23 of September 14, 2023, for Liudmyla Petrenko.

To terminate the participation in the competition for vacant positions of judges in the courts of appeal announced by the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine No. 94/zp-23 of September 14, 2023, for Valentyna Skliarenko.

To reject an application for admission to the qualification evaluation and participation in the competition for vacant positions of judges in the courts of appeal announced by the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine No. 94/zp-23 of September 14, 2023, (as amended), for Oleh Batiuk.

To reject an application for admission to the qualification evaluation and participation in the competition for vacant positions of judges in the courts of appeal announced by the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine No. 94/zp-23 of September 14, 2023, (as amended), for Anatolii Shvaiskyi.

To reject an application for admission to the qualification evaluation and participation in the competition for vacant positions of judges in the courts of appeal announced by the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine No. 94/zp-23 of September 14, 2023, (as amended), for Oleksandr Mazur.

To reject an application for admission to the qualification evaluation and participation in the competition for vacant positions of judges in the courts of appeal announced by the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine No. 94/zp-23 of September 14, 2023, (as amended), for Tetiana Motenko.

To reject an application for admission to the qualification evaluation and participation in the competition for vacant positions of judges in the courts of appeal announced by the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine No. 94/zp-23 of September 14, 2023, for Yurii Hlushko.

To reject an application for admission to the qualification evaluation and participation in the competition for vacant positions of judges in the courts of appeal announced by the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine No. 94/zp-23 of September 14, 2023, for Vladyslav Kukhta.

To reject an application for admission to the qualification evaluation and participation in the competition for vacant positions of judges in the courts of appeal announced by the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine No. 94/zp-23 of September 14, 2023, for Serhii Fedosieiev.

To reject an application for admission to the qualification evaluation and participation in the competition for vacant positions of judges in the courts of appeal announced by the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine No. 94/zp-23 of September 14, 2023, for Olha Khanenkiv.

The applications of Hennadii Kukhtin of February 29, 2024, and March 4, 2024, regarding termination of participation in the competition for the vacant position of a judge of the General Court of Appeal of Criminal Specialisation announced by the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine of 14 September 2023 No. 94/zp-23 to be upheld.

To terminate the participation in the competition for vacant positions of judges in the courts of appeal announced by the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine No. 94/zp-23 of September 14, 2023, for Hennadii Kukhtin.

To recognise Oleh Malaniuk to have terminated his participation in the competition for 550 vacant positions of judges in the courts of appeal announced by the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine dated 14 September 2023 No. 94/zp-23.

To recognise Volodymyr Bevza to have terminated his participation in the competition for 550 vacant positions of judges in the courts of appeal announced by the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine dated 14 September 2023 No. 94/zp-23.
