At the meeting of the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine held on August 2, 2023, the issue of submitting a recommendation to second judges to another court of the same level and specialization for the administration of justice, as well as early termination of the judges’ secondment, was considered.
Due to the excessive level of judicial workload in the court, the Commission decided to submit to the High Council of Justice a submission with a recommendation to second judge Mykola Rykov of the Velykyi Burluk District Court of Kharkiv Region for a one-year period to the Dergachiv District Court of Kharkiv Region to administer justice.
Also, in connection with the resumption of the work of the courts, the Commission decided to submit to the High Council of Justice a submission with a recommendation to early terminate the secondment:
- Viacheslav Kanevskyi, judge of the Novovorontsovka District Court of Kherson Region, seconded to the Myronivka District Court of Kyiv Region;
- Valentyna Timonova, judge of the Balakliia District Court of Kharkiv Region to the Kamen-Kashyrskyi District Court of Volyn Region;
- judges of the Kherson City Court of Kherson Oblast:
- Liudmyla Valyhurska to Kolomyia City District Court of Ivano-Frankivsk Region;
- Dmytro Havrylov to Pohrebyshche District Court of Vinnytsia Region;
- Oleksandr Zubov to the Tatarbunary District Court of Odesa Region;
- Dmytro Koretskyi to Artsyzsk District Court of Odesa Region;
- Nataliia Korolchuk to the Sambir City District Court of Lviv Region;
- Oksana Kuzmina to Suvorovskyi District Court of Odesa City;
- Halyna Radchenko to the Vasylkiv City District Court of Kyiv Region;
- Kostiantyn Repin to the Kozova District Court of Ternopil Region;
- Maria Riabtseva to the Prymorskyi District Court of Odesa City;
- Tetyana Ryadcha to the Malynovskyi District Court of Odesa City;
- Yana Shestakova to the Prymorskyi District Court of Odesa City.
