On January 29, 2024, the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, at its meeting, considered the issue of recommendations for appointment to the positions of judges.
The judges passed the qualification evaluation and were recognized by the Commission as suitable for the position.
Taking into account the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission decided to recommend:
- Nina Dedyk for appointment to the position of judge of the Storozhynetskyi Raion Court of Chernivtsi Oblast;
- Mykola Zorik for appointment to the position of judge of the Kovpakivskyi District Court of Sumy City;
- Serhii Varharaki for appointment to the position of judge of the Artsyzkyi Raion Court of Odessa Oblast;
- Yaroslav Peresunko for appointment to the position of judge of the Sosnivskyi District Court of Cherkasy City;
- Maksym Hurenko for appointment to the position of judge of the Iziumskyi City-Raion Court of Kharkiv Oblast;
- Oleksii Nesterenko for appointment to the position of judge of the Inhuletskyi District Court of Kryvyi Rih City.
