By its decision of April 16, 2025, the Commission approved test questions and a database of practical assignments for the exam of a judge of the Civil Cassation Court of the Supreme Court as part of the qualification evaluation in connection with the imposition of a disciplinary sanction. The list of basic test questions is available in the tab “Basics of test questions for the exam within the qualification evaluation in connection with the imposition of a disciplinary sanction (Civil Cassation Court of the Supreme Court)” in the rubric “Test Questions” of the subsection “Evaluation” of the section “Activities” of the official website of the Commission or by following the link: List of basic test questions (in Ukrainian).
