On April 16, 2025, the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine held a meeting to consider matters concerning the secondment and early termination of secondment of judges with simultaneous secondment.
In connection with the identification of an excessive judicial workload, the Commission decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice regarding the secondment for a period of one year of the judge Serhii Yavorskyi from the Snihurivskyi Raion Court of Mykolayiv Oblast to the Lychakivskyi District Court of Lviv City.
The Commission also decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice regarding the early termination of secondment and simultaneous secondment for a period of one year of the following judges:
- the judge of the Vuhledarskyi Town Court of Donetsk Oblast Serhii Dochynets (secondment to the Rakhivskyi Raion Court of Transcarpathian Oblast was terminated) to the Vynohradivskyi Raion Court of Transcarpathian Oblast;
- the judge of the Vasylivskyi Raion Court of Zaporizhzhia Oblast Yuliia Sydorenko (secondment to Mizhhirskyi Raion Court of Transcarpathian Oblast was terminated) to Perechynskyi Raion Court of Transcarpathian Oblast;
- the judge of the Beryslavskyi Raion Court of Kherson Oblast Roman Voloshyn (secondment to Starosyniavskyi Raion Court of Khmelnytskyi Oblast was terminated) to Khmelnytskyi City-Raion Court of Khmelnytskyi Oblast);
- the judge of the Tokmatskyi Raion Court of Zaporizhzhia Oblast Oleksandr Andrushchenko (secondment to Volochyskyi Raion Court of Khmelnytskyi Oblast was terminated) to Ternopilskyi City-Raion Court of Ternopil Oblast;
- the judge of the Vasylivskyi Raion Court of Zaporizhzhia Oblast Svitlana Nikandrova (secondment to Ladyzhyn Raion Court in Vinnytsia Oblast was terminated) to Vinnytsia City Court in Vinnytsia;
- the judge of the Novotroitskyi Raion Court of Kherson Oblast Olena Dobrostroi (secondment to Novhorodkivskyi Raion Court of Kirovohrad Oblast was terminated) to Novhorodkivskyi Raion Court of Kirovohrad Oblast;
- the judge of the Sievierodonetsk City Court of Luhansk Oblast Ivan Posohov (secondment to Sniatynskyi Raion Court of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast was terminated) to Storozhynetskyi Raion Court of Chernivtsi Oblast.
