On June 26, 2024, the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of recommending Hennadii Valihurskyi for appointment as a judge of the Kuibyshevskyi Raion Court of Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
A judge who has been appointed for a term of five years before the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (regarding Judiciary)” shall be evaluated for suitability for the position in accordance with the procedure established by law.
The judge passed the qualification evaluation and was recognized by the Commission as suitable for the position held. Taking into account the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission decided to make a recommendation to the High Council of Justice to appoint Hennadii Valihurskyi as a judge of the Kuibyshevskyi Raion Court of Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
