According to part one of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”, a judge may, with his/her consent, be seconded to another court of the same level and specialization to administer justice by a decision of the High Council of Justice adopted on the basis of a proposal from the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
Please be informed that the issue of submitting a request for secondment (temporary transfer) of 7 judges to the Babushkinskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk to administer justice is scheduled for consideration at the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
Date and time of consideration of the issue: August 16, 2023, 13:00.
The consideration of the issue will take place at the premises of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine (Kyiv, 9 General Shapoval St.).
